Must-Have: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program


Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to split time between the Acute Inpatient Unit and Skilled Nursing Facility.
The role involves working with diverse patient populations, from those recovering from neurological injuries and surgeries in an acute setting to elderly patients with various rehabilitation needs.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to help improve patients' functional outcomes in both settings.
Experience in neurological rehabilitation or acute inpatient care is preferred.
Experience in geriatric rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility care is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of neurological disorders and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong documentation and organizational skills are also necessary.
The practice location will provide provided scrubs for the dress code.
A cancellation policy allows for shifts to be called off with appropriate notice.
Familiarity with the EMR system is expected.
