Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment at this facility. Will unload and store raw materials, run reaction equipment, load out product, manage all required paperwork and reports for inventory and shipping, troubleshoot equipment problems and perform repairs, as necessary. Any employee at this facility may specialize in one or more phases of the operation but must be capable of performing all essential duties. Offloads incoming acid into storage tanks and offloads incoming rock to storage area Operates all process equipment related to manufacture of liquid calcium chloride Loads trucks and rail cars with liquid product Completes all paperwork associated with acceptance of raw materials and shipment of product Manages inventory of raw materials and product Operates front-end loader and forklift as needed Trouble shoots equipment malfunctions and initiates repairs to mechanical and electrical systems as required Installs piping, valves, instruments, and equipment as needed Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment and instrumentation Responsible for driving company vehicle to check on offsite tanks Other duties as assigned Requirements: EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) EXPERIENCE: 3+ years’ of related experience LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Driver’s License

Must have electrical background with sufficient troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment and any mechanical knowledge/experience is a bonus Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening Must possess a valid Driver’s License Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime (if applicable) Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment Physical Duties: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
