Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist surgical teams with patient preparation and positioning.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate care during surgery.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent OR experience with travel, or 3 years without travel.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a surgical team environment.
• EPIC experience preferred, but not required.
• Flu vaccine required, no exemptions allowed.
