SAP Program ManagerOnsite 2-3 times per month in Salisbury, NC. Otherwise, remote, preferably within 100 miles of Salisbury.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Modernization project. This initiative focuses on moving from an on-premises ECP environment to a modernized S/4HANA architecture, impacting operations across the US, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic. The Program Manager will provide overall governance and coordination for this multi-country, multi-team effort, ensuring the project aligns with scope, timeline, and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the overall ECP Modernization program across the US, NL, and CZ.Manage the program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.Coordinate multiple technical and functional workstreams, including payroll, integrations, and testing, to ensure alignment between teams.Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP specialists, and external partners.Manage program planning, governance, reporting, and communication to senior management.Ensure that activities across environments (Sandbox, Development, Test, and Production) are properly coordinated.Drive readiness for testing, cutover, and go-live activities.Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.Required QualificationsExperience:Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs.Experience managing complex programs involving multiple technical and business workstreams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.Experience with integrations, testing, migration/cutover, and go-live activities.Ability to work effectively across US and European teams and manage different time zones.Technical Skills:Experience with SAP environments is required; SAP ECP experience is critical.Strong program governance, planning, risk, and dependency management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.Specific experience leading or supporting a similar ECP modernization effort.A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to bring structure to a complex program.Work EnvironmentThis role requires a hybrid work arrangement. The consultant should expect to be onsite in Salisbury, NC, approximately 2-3 times per month, with the potential for increased frequency during key project milestones.
