Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Under limited supervision of a vice president or administrative director provides administrative support services such as coordinating functions associated with conference arrangements, committee activities and meeting agendas. Qualifications **QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** Associate's Degree in business or secretarial field with 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; OR G.E.D. equivalent with post-secondary business coursework and 5-7 years of related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities In-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry Ford Health
