Position Title: Exterior Repair Technician (Roofing & Siding) Company Name: Northshore Exteriors LLC Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hr (based on experience) + Guaranteed Overtime + Bonuses Sign On Bonus: $1,000 Schedule: Monday – Friday (Approx. 46 Hours/Week) Location: Traverse City, MI We are looking for a skilled Exterior Repair Technician with 5+ years of experience in roofing or siding. You should take pride in performing targeted repairs rather than full tear‑offs and help our company deliver high‑quality work for residential and commercial clients.
