Nurse Practitioner - Per Diem

Pay: $90/hr.

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Nurse Practitioners with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers.

We are looking for Per Diem Nurse Practitioners for our East End Long Island Centers.

The Provider will mostly be placed in our 16-hour centers which include: Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, and Port Jefferson. In addition, the Provider may be placed in our 12-hour centers which include: Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, & West Islip.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
