We are seeking a Welder —a true artisan with 10+ years of experience who thrives on craftsmanship, complex industrial builds, and working with exotic alloys.As a 100% Employee-Owned company, you will have a direct stake in the company's success and the quality of every weld that leaves our floor.Key Responsibilities:Expert Precision Welding: Perform expert-level MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on critical industrial components.Custom Fabrication: Execute full-cycle metal fabrication, including layout, fit-up, and assembly of complex industrial equipment.Technical Mastery: Read and interpret advanced blueprints, engineering drawings, and complex weld symbols with 100% accuracy.Specialized Materials: Mastery in welding Stainless Steel and high-nickel alloys.Quality Standards: Ensure all work meets rigorous ASME and AWS quality standards.Versatility: Expertly weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions.Requirements:10+ Years of Experience: Must have a proven background in heavy fabrication or custom job shop environments.Proficient ability to read blueprints, drawings, and welding symbolsDemonstrated mastery welding stainless steel and nickel alloys experience a plusExpert in using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers) to ensure tight tolerancesWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbsBend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as neededSome work performed inside, underneath, or on top of fabrications10-hour shifts/ 55 hours a week in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing facilitySteel-toe boots and safety glasses requiredMust have personal welding hood and basic hand tools.Pay, Perks & Benefits:100% company-funded retirement plan (ESOP)Competitive Compensation: Earn between $28–$40/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.Sign-on Bonus: Up to $3,000 (paid after 90 days).Stable Growth: 55-hour work weeks (consistent OT) in a stable, long-term manufacturing environmentFull Benefits: 401(k) with match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid PTO, and tuition reimbursement.Referral programWhy Alloy Engineering?Stable manufacturing company with long-term workVariety of custom fabrication projectsOpportunities for skill development and growthTeam-focused culture that values craftsmanshipAdhere to our Core Values:Do Right Always!Customer Centric TeamworkGet it Done!
