HVAC Service TechnicianSame Day Heating & Air Plumbing and Electrical is seeking highly experienced and HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will represent our commitment to excellence in every job, taking pride in your craft, solving problems with integrity, and continuously growing your technical skills.Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.Communicate clearly with customers about service issues, options, and recommendations.Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and procedures.Work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex technical issues.Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.Participate in ongoing training to stay current with systems, technologies, and certifications.Technical Skill: Proficient in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for a wide range of HVAC systems.Customer Focus: Communicates respectfully, sets clear expectations, and works to build long-term trust with customers.Accountability: Shows up prepared, follows through, and takes pride in completing work with excellence.Team-Oriented: Supports coworkers, shares knowledge, and contributes to a positive work culture.Adaptable: Learns quickly, stays coachable, and embraces feedback as a tool for growth.Safety-Conscious: Follows safety protocols rigorously and promotes a safe jobsite for everyone.Excellence: You execute every service call with skill, care, and attention to detail.Integrity: You do what's right, even when no one is watching, and stand by your work.Solution-Oriented: You approach challenges with humility and a drive to get better every day.Collaboration: You share knowledge, support teammates, and build trust across roles.Innovation: You're open to new tools, evolving standards, and better ways of doing the job.2–5 years of experience in HVAC service or maintenance (residential preferred).EPA Certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Ability to work in a variety of environments, including rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces.One Team.
