Business Analyst (Level I)

We are seeking an Operations & Advisory Program Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality operational support, researching and resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless account onboarding across our investment advisory programs. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for risk mitigation, and take pride in enforcing business policy standards, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver High-Quality Service: Provide prompt, accurate responses to incoming operational inquiries across multiple communication channels to support overall efficiency.

• Resolve Inquiries & Research Issues: Investigate routine operational questions, perform necessary follow-ups, and deliver timely resolutions.

• Manage Documentation & Account Approvals: Review and approve account documentation and advisory program enrollments through both automated and manual workflows.

• Mitigate Risk & Maintain Governance: Identify operational risks in daily activities, escalate concerns promptly, and enforce strict adherence to business policies and governance standards across the firm's investment advisory programs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in financial services operations, wealth management, or investment advisory support.

• Excellent analytical and research skills with a track record of effective problem-solving.

• Proven understanding of operational risk management, governance, and business policy enforcement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multi-channel inquiries effectively.
