Inventory and Storeroom Clerk Mars Hill, ME – Temporary Opportunity Schedule : Full-Time; Monday–Friday, Day Shift Pay Rate : $20.40/hr. Job Description : We are seeking a dependable and organized Inventory and Storeroom Clerk to support inventory and maintenance operations at a busy facility in Mars Hill. This position is responsible for receiving and stocking materials, distributing parts and supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and helping keep the storeroom organized and efficient. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with inventory, using a computer to track materials, and assisting employees with locating needed parts and supplies. Responsibilities : Receive, unpack, and stock materials and supplies. Locate and issue parts and materials to maintenance and other departments. Maintain accurate inventory levels and records. Label materials and storage locations appropriately. Organize and relocate materials to make efficient use of storeroom space. Assist with delivering materials to various departments as needed. Help respond to questions regarding parts availability and delivery. Use computer systems to locate parts and maintain accurate inventory information. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts as required. Prepare materials or goods for shipment when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom. Follow established workplace safety, sanitation, food safety, and quality procedures. Report safety, quality, or workplace concerns to appropriate management personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
