What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, youwill evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries,neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You Will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinarycare team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highestlevel of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinicaljudgment will be respected. You will conduct comprehensive occupational therapyevaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functionalindependence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensurecoordinated patient care. You will address self-care skills, cognitive andperceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregivertraining. Your clinical reasoning will be valued, and your productivityexpectations will be realistic.
