Custodial Supervisor

The Schuylkill Valley School District has an immediate vacancy for a full-time Custodial Supervisor. Minimum rate of pay is $22.90/hour. This working supervisory position requires five years of custodial/general maintenance experience, knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, facilities disciplines, and the ability to operate various custodial/maintenance equipment. The successful candidate will also have a strong supervisory background including proven leadership skills, organizational skills, and communications skills. The ability to function in a team environment and the ability to grasp and use new methods and technology as it applies to custodial services, including web based HVAC controls, will be needed. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others and acceptable record of attendance required. Pool certification or experience and license in at least one trade are preferred.
