PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0 schedule, flexible hours, including 1-2 evenings until 7 PM.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes delegating and directing all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective returns to community activities. The therapist also serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves, performing additional professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery.Complete a comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document all aspects of patient care clearly, concisely, accurately, and in a timely manner.Participate in the student program, providing a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision.Create an individualized professional development plan and actively pursue professional growth.Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain licensure in good standing.Demonstrate awareness of performance improvement methodologies to enhance care quality.Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.CPR certification.Active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
