HR Administrator

$30 per hour

Newportchamber

Middletown Self Storage is seeking a part time Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resource Administrator will manage and support the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, HRIS oversight, and payroll coordination. This position is a key partner to leadership in cultivating a positive, inclusive, mission-driven workplace culture. The HR Administrator will champion initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and development while ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence. This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule (25-30 hours/ week) starting at $30/ hour. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
