Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional clinical team throughout Fairfield County, CT . We currently have active pediatric cases available and are especially interested in nurses experienced in caring for medically fragile children with complex medical needs.

About the Role

As an Affirmed Pediatric LPN, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home. Our nurses care for medically complex pediatric clients.

Unlike facility-based settings, home care allows you to focus entirely on your patient, deliver high-quality individualized care, and make a lasting impact on a child's life.

Shifts are typically 8–12 hours , with flexible day and night shift scheduling options available.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Pediatric, home care, PICU, NICU, or medically complex patient experience strongly preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing skilled nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
