Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in Level III or greater environments
• Manage various ventilation modes including HFCC, CPAP, and vents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Deliver exceptional care to neonates aged 29-34 weeks, including feeding and isolation precautions
• Handle and provide care for central lines, implanted lines, and neonatal emergencies

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III or greater NICU
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Previous experience with HFCC, CPAP, and ventilators preferred
