What You Will Do Maintain safe, supportive, and pleasant environment. Report facility concerns to appropriate personnel. Purchase supplies and equipment as needed. Maintain center petty cash. Provide all services and objectives as outlined in the contract Create and oversee community advisory board Conduct community-based educational/informational sessions Coordinate and ensure volunteer and staff coverage to correspond with center needs Provide regular supervision Conduct outreach presentations; independent or in conjunction with another event Schedule use of facilities including hours of operation (weekday and weekend) and specific programs/activities Solicit formal and informal feedback from consumers and stakeholders and incorporate into center operations and upcoming events Maintain required records regarding Recovery Community Center use, number of participants and members, and other demographic data. Produce required reports. Create and distribute event calendars, newsletters and center publicity Attend meetings, both internal and external as directed, and as self-directed Check work e‑mail according to agency protocol Participate in and complete all required trainings Other duties as assigned What Is Needed High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and three (3) years’ related experience and/or training. Strongly prefer WRAP facilitator certification. CPRS certification. CPRS‑RPS (if not current, willing to obtain supervisory certification. Must be able to work individually as well as within a team. Must display patience, and must be able to effectively communicate with diverse consumers. Must be able to identify clients who are in a medical crisis situation and follow the appropriate procedure (as instructed in company‑provided training(s)). Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have access to a vehicle to use for business purposes, which may include transporting consumers. The employee must possess a valid Driver’s License, proof of current automobile insurance and may not have more than two (2) points on their driving record.
