Requirements

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Dentrix
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist

- Demonstrate passion for dental hygiene excellence and skills to effectively treat periodontal disease
- Relationship building skills with both staff and patients
- Educational tools to direct patients to better oral health
- Knowledge of practice management software as it pertains to hygiene, treatment planning, and the ability to convey information to the front office
- Teamwork leadership skills
- Ability to market the practice
- Excellent verbal skills and pleasant chair side manner
- Overall understanding of office philosophy and systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of existing and emerging technologies that support ideal care
- Overall understanding of prosthetic/cosmetic/functional dentistry concepts and the ability to help patients understand why treatment is necessary.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 8AM-5PM
Appointment Times: Provided 60 minute appointments per prophy patients / 90 minutes per SRP patients
Full-time candidate preferred. Flexible hours available to the right candidate.
Breaks: 1 hour lunch break from 1-2 every day
Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
Holiday Shifts: No holiday shifts required.
