Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. has career opportunities for Residential Door Installers in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas , to install a variety of residential garage doors.
We are hiring both experienced door installers and trainees! Must be able to safely lift 100 pounds overhead. Valid driver's license required with a good driving record.
Job seekers with a background in construction labor, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences typically do well in this job. If you have any experience in construction, as a general laborer, maintenance, handyman, mechanically included experience, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker, or any skilled trade, you may find this opportunity to be a great fit for your career!
Job Responsibilities:
- The installer works independently to install a wide range of residential garage doors and operating systems.
- Install quality products and provide professional services for homeowners and homebuilders.
- Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
- Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75 pounds over your head.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of construction experience required.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Hands on training provided.
- Company vehicle provided after training which may be driven to and from work.
- Mechanical, carpentry or service industry experience a plus.
