This role is ideal for an experienced clinical or research project manager who is comfortable leading complex studies in a regulated environment. You’ll manage clinical research activities that support the development, regulatory approval, and ongoing use of medical devices and therapies.

Pay Rate: $85–$90/hour

The Clinical Project Manager ensures clinical studies are planned and executed in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and business objectives. This role supports the generation of high‑quality clinical data used for regulatory submissions and post‑market activities. What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage clinical study plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including regulatory, engineering, research, and marketing
• Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met
• Support site selection, contracting, training, and study oversight
• Track study progress, documentation, and key milestones through closeout

What We’re Looking For

• A current, up‑to‑date resume
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline
• 4–5+ years of clinical research or clinical operations experience
• 1–2+ years of clinical project management experience
• Knowledge of arrhythmias, ECG interpretation, or ambulatory cardiac monitoring systems
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
