Test Lead

One of our government clients is seeking an experienced Test Lead to support the Division of Information Technology at the Ohio Industrial Commission. This is an Onsite contract position. Test Lead Onsite Columbus, OH Long Term Interview Location: 30 W Spring Street Columbus, Ohio 43215 Responsibilities: This is a team lead position. This position will support the Division of Information Technology at the Ohio Industrial Commission. The ideal candidate will have the skills specified below: Perform as a Test Lead. Create Test Scenarios (TS), Create Test Cases (TC) and Execute TC in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) using Test Plans. Take Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate Test Cases to ensure 100% coverage. Supervise other Testers in their Creation of Tests. Create Test Cases for different Test Types (Positive, Negative, Boundary Value, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Table Testing, etc.). Design Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from Functional Requirements (FRs) to Test Scenarios and Test Cases. Design high-level Status Reports and Dashboards for Managers to gauge Progress, Blockers and Bugs. Identify Bugs in all Testing Scenarios (Smoke, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, UAT). Assist in Planning, Creation, and Control of Test environments.
