Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity in North Palm Beach, FL. This role is ideal for an accounting and finance professional with 3-5 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or finance operations experience who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Billing Specialist will support timely and accurate customer billing, review invoice-related documentation, resolve discrepancies, and partner closely with finance and sales teams. Key Responsibilities

- Process customer billing accurately and within established deadlines.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and related billing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment questions, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized billing records, backup documentation, and account information.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and internal teams to confirm billing details and resolve outstanding issues.
- Support month-end billing activities, reporting needs, and general accounts receivable processes.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: North Palm Beach, FL.
