Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,570‑$1,700 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 days Start date: 06/22/2026 Setting: Home Healthcare – Hospice travel assignment Responsibilities Provide nursing care for patients in a home hospice setting, addressing acute symptom needs with ER-level assessment and interventions within the scope of hospice care Administer medications, manage IV therapy as prescribed, and monitor patient status to support comfort and safety Perform timely nursing assessments, document findings in the patient’s chart, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team Educate patients and family caregivers on symptom management, wound care, and medication administration; provide support and guidance during end‑of‑life care Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, including HLFS standards, and participate in on‑going quality and safety initiatives Collaborate with on‑call physicians and team members to coordinate care, escalation plans, and appropriate referrals Requirements California RN license (active) Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN) with eligibility for licensure in California Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (HS‑BLS or RQI BLS accepted) Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification requiredAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required Ability to work in a home health – hospice setting and participate in 3x12 shift schedule; willingness to travel as assigned Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Assistance with credentialing and onboarding Travel coordination and ongoing assignment support Comprehensive safety and patient‑care resources to support clinical practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthforce
