About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, oral care, and dressing Performing and recording accurate measurements, including vital signs and intake/output as instructed in care plans Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPPA requirements and agency policies and procedures Possessing the ability to follow written and oral instructions Reporting abnormal findings in patient conditions as observed and per care plan to RNs Requirements: Must be a certified nursing assistant with proof of certification A minimum of one-year full-time experience in direct patient care in an institution setting (hospital or nursing facility) or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care or an agency setting Ability to work positively and favorably with clients, families, and staff Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude About Us: Gulfport Nursing Center is a full-service skilled nursing facility that is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.
