ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect in Denver, CO.Summary:This position will support the design and improvement of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, Demand Management, and technology intake processes. The consultant will help establish a structured and auditable framework for reviewing new technology requests, managing demand intake, aligning with CSDM standards, and supporting architecture review governance.Key Responsibilities:* Assess current ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and CSDM configuration, including Business Applications, Business Capabilities, Service Instances, Technical Services, and related data models* Develop and document an end-to-end intake process for new technology and service requests using ServiceNow Demand Management* Define required intake data, review workflows, decision points, approvals, stakeholder ownership, and demand lifecycle processes* Support Architecture Review Board activities by establishing technical review criteria, routing, prioritization, risk evaluation, reuse assessments, and demand disposition practices* Recommend improvements for dashboards, reporting, decision records, demand tasks, stakeholder tracking, and ServiceNow data relationships* Conduct scenario testing, UAT support, knowledge transfer, and process documentationDeliverables:* Enterprise Architecture and CSDM Assessment with recommendations* Demand Intake Process SOP and workflow documentation* Architecture Review governance model and review criteria* ServiceNow configuration and reporting recommendations* Testing and validation support for intake and review scenarios* Knowledge transfer, training materials, and final recommendationsScope:This engagement focuses on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, Demand Management, CSDM alignment, intake processes, reporting, and architecture review governance.Requirements* Five years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, Strategic Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Enterprise Architecture or Application Portfolio Management, CSDM, ITSM, service modeling, process design, and stakeholder facilitation is highly desired* The preferred resource will have practical experience designing intake workflows, demand lifecycles, review boards, approval or decision tracking, dashboards, business application and service instance modeling, and governance processes that avoid unnecessary customization while supporting auditability, reporting, and operational adoptionJob TypeContractCompensation82 - $96
