Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required
- Oncology/Chemotherapy experience required
- ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Must pass Relias EKG exam prior to unit requirement
- Missouri (MO) or compact license required for hire; Illinois (IL) license in hand required at time of submittal

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments to patients
- Manage complications associated with blood cancers
- Access and manage ports and implanted lines, including PICC care
- Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret/manage dysrhythmias
- Provide care and management for patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplants
- Recognize and manage side effects of chemotherapy and abnormal lab results

Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Pre-start modules are required and must be completed per facility timeline
- Fit testing may be required; facial hair must allow proper fit testing
- Night-shift parking/no charge may apply; monthly parking passes available for other shifts
