Job Overview A law firm seeks an attorney with 2-6 years of experience in private practice for a general litigation associate position in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery, brief drafting, depositions, court appearances, trials, and contract reviews. Experience in transportation and logistics law or personal injury law is advantageous. Some travel is required. Duties Conduct discovery and draft legal briefs. Participate in depositions and court appearances. Assist in trials and contract reviews. Engage in legal research and case analysis. Requirements Admittance to the Texas state bar. Previous experience in civil litigation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Strong analytical and research skills.
