Overnight Engineering & Maintenance 1 - Amangiri

Location: Amangiri, a 900‑acre resort on the Colorado Plateau. Role Maintenance & Engineering Level 1 – Overnight. Responsible for maintaining the resort’s facilities and ensuring all operations run smoothly during overnight hours. Responsibilities Exceed guest expectations by maintaining high standards of care and service. Report on time for each shift, adhering to uniform and grooming standards. Care for tools, supplies, and equipment responsibly. Perform general preventive maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and inspect mechanical rooms nightly. Conduct routine inspections and repairs of pools, lighting, and HVAC systems as per schedule. Respond to room and guest calls, addressing maintenance requests promptly. Carry out snow removal, garbage pickup, and ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities. Maintain detailed records and logs of daily tasks and projects assigned by the Director of Engineering. Assist with furniture setup for events and other duties as needed. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance‑related field, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort settings. Open availability and willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts. Ability to manage time effectively and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various departments and colleagues. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and perform other physical tasks.
