Registered Nurse

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, utilizing established nursing models to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient pain, perform procedures, document care, respond promptly to patient requests, and educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes to promote self-management. Qualifications & Skills: Must have RN licensure, with additional certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and specialized pediatric and trauma courses obtainable within specified timeframes. A minimum of one year of experience is required.
