Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join a growing Advanced Manufacturing organization in Redmond, Washington . This individual will support recruiting efforts across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in recruiting. This role will provide hands-on experience with sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and the full recruitment process within a fast-paced, technical environment.

Comp: $95,00-115,000

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open positions and candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Recruit for positions across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment processes.
• Manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on candidate pipelines and open positions.
• Learn and apply recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
• Support the recruiting team with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with positions that may require U.S. person status, export-control eligibility, or security clearances when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or related experience.
• Interest in building a career in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new recruiting technologies and systems.
• Experience with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting tools is a plus but not required.
• Manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or other technical industry experience is a plus. xhyhwjd
