Human Resource Recruiter

Fresh Mark in Salem, Ohio is currently accepting resumes for a Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition and will be responsible for partnering with plant leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent to support business operations. This role will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with plant management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Conduct pre-employment activities, including background checks, employment verification, and I-9 compliance. Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS. Key Accountabilities Build strong partnerships with plant operations. Meet staffing goals by filling open positions in a timely and effective manner. Source and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring practices. Verify I-9 documentation and assist with pre-employment screening processes. Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and personnel records. Support recruitment marketing and community workforce development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience with a strong emphasis on recruitment. Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment preferred. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring regulations. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
