Compensation & Earnings Structure Weekly Earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross pay. Mileage Rate: Up to $0.65 per mile, commensurate with verified experience. High-Earning Potential: Top-tier performers within this division average $1,800 weekly. Consistent Volume: 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week. Scheduled Progression: Automatic pay increases implemented every 6 months no negotiation required. Additional Pay: Comprehensive compensation for extra stops, layovers, and breakdown time. Orientation Bonus: $300 sign-on/orientation bonus paid immediately upon successful completion. Paid Professional Mentorship Program Structured Training: 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated, one-on-one behind-the-wheel instruction prior to solo dispatch. Guaranteed Compensation: Stable, weekly paid compensation throughout the entire duration of the mentorship period. Post-Training Advancement: Immediate transition to $0.56 CPM upon successful completion of the program. Experience Level: No prior over-the-road (OTR) experience required beyond formal school graduation. Operational Overview & Equipment Operating Area: Dedicated regional lanes operating primarily east of the I-35 corridor. Dispatch Schedules: Mixed day and night dispatch windows, structured according to specific route requirements. Freight Profile: 100% no-touch freight; approximately 60% drop-and-hook and 40% live load/unload. Home Time: Scheduled home time every two weeks on a pre-planned, reliable rotation. Assigned Equipment: Dedicated, late-model equipment (2022-2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors). No slip seating; the assigned truck is yours to operate consistently. Experience Standards: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer (TT) experience, OR a recent graduate from an accredited CDL training institution with a minimum of 120 certified hours. Screening Compliance: Consent to and completion of a mandatory pre‑employment drug screening, including both urine and hair follicle testing. Driving Record: Clean driving history with no at‑fault accidents or major moving violations within the past three (3) years. Background Restrictions: No DUI/DWI convictions or history within the past five (5) years. Employment History: Documented and verifiable work history.
