Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team, supporting the bar and service staff in a lively sports bar and pool hall environment. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations. No experience required, we will train. It's a demanding position with many tasks that need to be performed efficiently.
Duties

• Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, beverages, and bar supplies efficiently throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to ensure a clean environment for guests
• Support kitchen staff with dishwashing when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience not required.
• Aquire Food Handlers permit and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
