Drafter: Architectural Woodwork

We are looking for a Drafter with experience (or strong interest) in architectural woodwork and custom casework. This is an on-site role supporting engineering, project management, and shop production by developing clear, accurate shop drawings for submittal and fabrication. Responsibilities Produce shop drawings for custom casework, millwork, and architectural woodwork Develop plans, elevations, sections, and details based on contract documents Coordinate drawings with engineers, PMs, and shop/production teams Incorporate markups from internal reviews and external comments Maintain drawing consistency, clarity, and accuracy across sets Support revisions, resubmittals, and as-built updates Requirements Experience with AutoCAD (required) Experience with Microvellum / Toolbox (preferred) Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organization Strong communication with internal teams Experience working in a shop or manufacturing environment is a plus Preferred Background Architectural drafting or woodworking/millwork experience Familiarity with AWI standards Understanding of materials, hardware, and fabrication methods What We Value Ownership of your work Team coordination and responsiveness Practical thinking for fabrication and installation Notes Works closely with the shop and production; a hands-on, practical mindset is important Experience in a custom millwork or cabinet shop environment is a strong plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech 2000 Woodworks Inc
