Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Description & Requirements Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in New Stanton, Pennsylvania. Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour shifts) Employment Type: Staff This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus. What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Respond to after‑hours and on‑call patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support in real time. Support and guide patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey. Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, but never alone. Travel to patient homes within assigned territory. After Hours RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state in which you work. Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment as part of the background process.
