We're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Representative. This is a full-time position offering excellent income potential and long-term career growth in a supportive, professional environment. No insurance license is required to start—we'll provide guidance and training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Contact prospective customers and identify their insurance and financial needs
- Build lasting relationships and maintain consistent follow-up
- Present tailored coverage options to meet client goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency sales targets
