Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Seating Arrangements: Manage the seating chart effectively to optimize dining flow and accommodate guest requests.
- Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and organized host stand and dining area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
