Claims Administrator

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Claims Administrator that supports data management and administrative functions within property claims operations. This role executes data pulling, reporting, and process support tasks to enable the team's day‑to‑day operational needs and initiative execution. Pulls, organizes, and enters data across claims systems and spreadsheets to support operational reporting and tracking needs Performs administrative functions including data filing, system updates, and document organization in support of team workflows Supports process mapping and documentation efforts, helping to capture and maintain current‑state workflows Assists in building and maintaining reporting that tracks key performance indicators and process health metrics Organizes and structures data outputs to support team analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables Coordinates with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and compile data needed for ongoing initiatives Identifies data discrepancies and flags trends or gaps to support continuous improvement efforts Supports execution of new and modified processes by documenting changes and maintaining updated reference materials Requirements 4 years of overall related experience 2+ years of experience in data entry, reporting, administrative support, or operations roles Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet‑heavy work, including data organization, basic formulas, and file management Experience with process mapping or process documentation preferred Property or general insurance/claims background preferred, not required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data tasks simultaneously The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
