Healthcare Recruiter – Sarasota, FL The IPG Team is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter for our Sarasota, FL office — $80,000 to $100,000 in expected Year 1 compensation, plus 50% commission and a real path to leadership. The Position We're seeking a motivated, full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals with our clients. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Sarasota, FL — not a remote role. You'll work directly with clients and candidates to build lasting relationships while growing your recruiting career with a team that invests in your development.
