HVAC Installation Technician

Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development We are looking for 1-2 HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team! Your role will be to install new & replace existing heating and air conditioning systems & ductwork, mini-splits & heat pumps for our metro-west based customers in Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Needham, Chestnut Hill, Natick & other surrounding towns. A positive attitude is a must! Primary Responsibilities Install heat pumps, gas furnaces and air conditioning systems Install mini-splits & ducted heat pumps Install ductwork in homes Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Secondary Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance (as needed) Respond to emergency requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Valid Drivers License EPA Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
