As the first voice patients hear and the first face they see, our Office Manager plays one of the most important roles in our organization. You'll create a welcoming experience for patients and families while helping ensure they receive the timely care and support they deserve.

What You'll DoThis is a hands-on role combining exceptional patient service with medical office operations and billing responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome patients and visitors, creating a positive and compassionate first impression.
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral partners with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Obtain prior authorizations and required documentation.
- Submit and manage medical claims while monitoring accounts receivable.
- Work directly with insurance companies to resolve billing questions, denials, and reimbursement issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic medical documentation.
- Assist patients with insurance and billing questions.
- Coordinate administrative support for our clinical team to help keep patient care running smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and enhance the patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in medical billing, insurance verification, claims processing, or healthcare office administration.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

- Prosthetics & Orthotics (O&P)
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Physical Therapy
- Orthopedics
- Rehabilitation Medicine
- Other outpatient healthcare settings
