Pediatric & Adult Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Up to $95K Base + Hybrid Pay | Katy, TX
Help build a growing caseload with the opportunity to work with both pediatrics and adults while working with a collaborative, therapist-led team.
A well-established outpatient private practice in Katy, TX is looking to add a full or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist.
Therapists enjoy protected documentation time, a flexible hybrid compensation model, and the ability to grow their earnings without sacrificing work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual earnings typically $85,000-$95,000
- Hybrid compensation model
- High-performing therapists may earn $100,000+
- 8 hours of protected documentation time each week

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Experience treating pediatric patients required
- Adult therapy experience preferred
- Interest or experience in dysphagia and/or orofacial myofunctional therapy is a plus
