Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Location Milky Way Clinic Address: N496 MIlky Way, Appleton, WI Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day) Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $80,000–$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign‑On Bonus: Available in select locations!
