Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You'll Do:

• Support patients with rehabilitative and skilled treatment interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist with manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, ambulation, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist for plan adjustments
• Provide consultation and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other clinical activities
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist

What You Need:

• Active Massachusetts PTA license
• Prior experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment
