Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Electrician based in the Greater Indianapolis area. The Lead Electrician will be responsible for overseeing and performing electrical installations, system maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role includes leading a team of electricians, planning projects, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely and successful project completion. Qualifications Proficient in Electricity and Electrical Work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols Skilled in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently Basic knowledge or experience in Electrical Engineering is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Valid electrician’s license and certifications as required by local regulations Proven experience leading electrical projects and managing teams Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Zimmerman Electric LLC
