Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to sick or premature newborns within a highly specialized Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Deliver advanced treatment and monitoring for neonates with respiratory failure, heart disease, and other critical conditions
• Participate in charge, on-call, and callback rotations as determined by unit needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of neonatal care

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license – NY license required
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
• Telemetry experience required
• NRP 8th Edition Certification required
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
• Experience caring for neonates with complex cardiac or respiratory conditions
