Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response to clinical emergencies within the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Administer and monitor patient care, ensuring adherence to protocols for labor, C-section, and critical interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Utilize electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), Doppler, and other equipment effectively.
• Maintain updated knowledge of unit policies and procedures.
• Facilitate exceptional patient experiences through strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• EFM-C or AWHONN certification must be in submission packet.
• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience required.
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and compliance with professional standards.
