This role focuses on sourcing newclients, deepening existing relationships, and partnering across thefirm to deliver integrated solutions that support client growth andfirm revenue objectives.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Source, engage, and onboard prospective Prime Brokerage clients,with a focus on hedge funds, emerging managers, and institutional clientsDevelop, nurture, and expand relationships with existing clientsby delivering high-touch service and identifying opportunities todeepen engagementDrive revenue growth by proactively identifying and executingcross-selling opportunities across research, trading, capitalmarkets, and other firm capabilitiesActively promote Wedbush Prime Brokerage within the investmentcommunity, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening the firm’s reputationBuild and maintain relationships with industry partners, includingfund administrators, accountants, and other service providersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key industrypartners, including fund administrators, accountants, attorneys, andother service providers, to generate referral opportunitiesOversee day-to-day Prime Brokerage client activity, proactivelyaddressing issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring aseamless client experiencePartner with internal teams to ensure seamless client experienceDevelop a differentiated personal sales approach that complementsand enhances the firm’s broader Prime Brokerage strategyPerform other tasks and duties as assigned and requiredExperience and SkillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; advanceddegree a plusFINRA SIE, 7 and 63 licenses requiredStrong understanding of hedge fund clients and Prime Brokerage servicesProven ability to drive business development and revenue growthEstablished industry network preferredStrong relationship management and client service skillsAbility to identify and execute on business development opportunitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teamsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securitiesoffers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues.
