They will work on a single, large construction project and will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc. Who are we? Plan for and support development of individual skills and abilities.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field10-12 years of data center commissioning experiencePrevious hyperscale field construction on data centers is requiredOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESIn-depth knowledge of data center systems, including power distribution, cooling, HVAC, and IT equipmentAbility to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and multidisciplinary teamsExcellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectivelySalary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.The pay ranges from $130,000-$205,000 plus benefits and retirement program.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
